Does anyone know where I can find 3" pinned scroll saw blades?

Welcome their Goat , never heard of a 3'' blade . It'll be interesting to see what others have to say about this for maybe there is such a thing ???????? ........ Marshall...

3" blades were required on Dremel saws and some Crafstman saws made by the Dremel company
You can still get them hereDremel Scroll Saw Blades
