Does anyone have any patterns of 3-D cutouts that they would send to me?

Get a copy of the SSWC special Holiday Ornaments, Toys& Gifts issue, it has a couple in there that I designed.

Go to your local library and look for books by Diana Thompson. Or better yet buy her books from Fox Chapel.
We can tell you where to find the patterns but we can't send them to you, not fair to the designers.
