Default Bruce Pratt's tracery

Haven't posted in a while......a little busy.
As most of you know I like to adapt patterns to make other things from them. I thought some of you might be interested in looking at these. They are slotted ornaments adapted from Bruce Pratt's, Gothic tracery patterns in the Holiday 2008 issue of SSWC, thank you Bruce. I stretched the pattern, then placed two of them bottom to bottom. I did stack cut these to get "exact" pairs for the slotted ornaments.
The one on the left is Mahogany, middle is Cherry and on the right is Teak. 7" tall X 2 1/2" wide.
As always comments and critiques welcome.

I think they look great, and I'm a fan of Bruces tracery designs. One neat thing about his tracery things is that there is always a story behind each one.

Dave,
Those are some good looking pieces. Good imagination seeing them in that format and making it work.

Dave,

Nice adaptation and execution of the patterns. BTW - there was a vesica pisces shape in last year's window tracery article which could also be easily morphed into the ornament pattern.

Your usual excellent rendition, and cutting Plaquerd........nice stuff. When you slid in the slots, did you have any problem? I'm just wondering if stack cutting the slots together would solve my usual slot problem of being too tight, or too loose on some of my projects.

very nicely done, I have been thinking about cutting some of those tracery items and now this gives me something new to try. I really like how they look.
