| Make a club to beat wise guys with?
Or a box to hide the remains in?
If you aren't interested in something that fits in the 2" wide strip or can be compiled from different pieces cut from the strip, can you put several together to form a panel to do something larger?

| Hot sticks. That's what I made with some wood that I had. It's a stick made to pull and/or push the rack in the oven.

| If they are tongue and grove you can glue them up and either scroll them or use them as an interesting back ground.

| If they are 3/4" and you have a lathe, you can make some nice pens from it. I use it all the time...I would think that they could also be used for Intarsia...
