G'day Kevin,
Love your Wordart.
Enquiring minds want to know though,
Are the letters in the plaque bevel cut????. If so was there a reason for leaving the bridges or was it just the preferred font ??

Nice paint job too

Hi John
Actually it started out as a 1/4" thick plaque. After finishing the cut I decided to make it a trivet and cut a 3/4" base slightly enlarged leaving about 1/4" border then glued the two pieces together.

That is an excellent idea for a birthday present. You did a wonderful job. I'm sure your mom will love it.
