| Jeff Zaffino disapointment (DVD) I ordered this DVD from the Eye for Design web site on June 18. I have yet to get the DVD!! I have sent numerous emails asking where my DVD IS> It was pain in full via Visa card. No replies
Anyone have any suggestions or advice. No phone number on his site and my card has been charged.

| Kriss Zaffino sent me an email today saying the DVD is back ordered and will ship as soon as they have them.
I think I might just ask for a refund

| Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your problems with the Jeff Zaffino site. I have been dealing with them for a couple of years now without a hitch. I really like his patterns and I've done quite a few of them now. I hope you get everything cleared up. regards Mike |

| Still no DVD or any communications. I got one email after posting this and said the DVD's are back ordered.
I retured the email and asked to be refunded. Nothing, no word, no call, no email...NO REFUND. I think it's time to call the credit card company and complain of fraud.
A google of Jeff Zaffino shows some interesting info. I fear I'm S%&T out of luck. Shame

| Just hang in there you'll get it, I used to order from him until he had some issuse I wont speak of that of witch we don't speak of LOL. if it's on back order then it might take four weeks or more to get.Jerry

| I have had nothing but good luck with Jeff. He may be out on the road as I believe he does a fairly large show circuit.
Not that that is an excuse. E-mail can be monitored from anywhere.

| OK...I'll be patient and I'm sure I'll never see it. Really, the payment was made in a timely matter..Why not delivery? If the item was back ordered, then my money should no have been taken.

| Not to sound negative, cause that's not what these pages are for, but......
Dog, you need to chill........... if it's back ordered, it's back ordered. If you can't wait any longer, and you have a credible credit card company, they will give you a credit, but you can't claim fraud. After a refund is given, you then can not take delivery of the item, or it will be fraud on your part, or even theft by deception. |
