| Great video Carter. You truly do amazing work. Question for us who do not have a DeWalt can someone translate the numbers relating to tension and speed?

| Thanks Carter for the video. I do need to try that sometime. It did give some useful tips to try it out.

| Thank you, Carter. You sure make it look easy. I am amazed you can cut them without using a zero clearance insert.

| Hey Carter, amazing show of skill.
How thick was the wood you used?
Did you put any finish on the puzzle?

| Red, it's 1/4" 5-ply poplar. I've tried different kinds but this wood from Wildwood Designs is consistently of the highest and most consistent quality. I spray a coating of Triple-Thick Clear Glaze on the stamps after I mount them, before cutting. I also put a coating of this on the top of the little boxes.
Earl, as I mentioned, the poplar cut with the thin blades tends to stick together until I remove the piece I've cut. I think I've probably made perhaps 2000 of these puzzles over the years. I've physically dropped pieces but I think only once did I have one (the bird's head) drop through the hole.
Thanks, folks for your interest and your kind comments.
Have phun..... Carter |

| Carter,
Between this video and the other, I'm always amazed at your sense of touch and control. Watching you has certainly helped me relax at the saw - and that's led to a lot less broken blades.
Thanks for everything,
John |

| Nice video, Carter. These little babies are your trademark, I think. |
