Default What is Being Requested at Shows

Hi Everyone, this does not just apply to shows. I was wondering what the public is requesting in your area. At the show that I did this weekend the most requested things that I was asked if I had were old tractors and fire trucks. There was a lot of interest in custom portraits as well. I expected the fire truck requests as it was a fire company sponsered show but I was surprised at the amount of interest in old tractors. I also was asked by a couple folks if I had any tractor trailer cuttings. Steve

Moose and birds! I don't understand the popularity of moose, but no matter what I cut with moose in it, it sells. I've had lots of folks asking if I had any more birds (which I'm now sold completely out of).

I'm waiting for a customer to decide on a moose pattern too! Birds do seem to be big for me this year...although it's always changing. I like to do mostly animals, but landscapes do well. Herons, little yard birds like chickadees, goldfinches, nuthatches - pelicans surprisingly are very popular and always eagles. Frogs are always popular too.

Horses, Horses, and Horses. Where I just did my show was in a semi-rural area and horses were the big attractor.
