| Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Dave, you werent on my list of people to send to, so its not surprising that you didnt recieve one from me, and I didnt recieve one from you, but geeez man, what exactly did you sign up for, and when? Marsha had it set up pretty simple, and it seems odd that only you feel that youve been taken advantage of.
One more question... are you somehow related to a different Dave (oddly enough, from Iowa as well)that used to come on here expecting everybody to flood your mailbox with free patterns ????????????????????? Dale |

| Jesus H Dave, give it a miss mate.
I agreed to swap with 31, I posted 31 and received 27. I think I'm gonna go and slash my wrists
Taking into account postal mishaps, personal problems, unforeseen happenings, my faith in humanity has not been shattered or even shaken.
Maybe one person just couldn't be bothered, maybe not, but that's what makes the world go around.
I'll be in it again next year, up to my eyeballs.
Just a friendly tip Dave, What goes around comes around, and leave attitude at the door. |

Well here's another "I'm not responding to this" post.
I agree with John, I didn't get all mine either,
I didn't tell anyone until now. You know why?
Cause I'm an adult and realize that
the world doesn't revolve around me.
As John said, Sh#! happens, so as an adult
you should understand. I see in your profile
you are new to scroll sawing.
So ask some questions about sawing so you can
concentrate on what this forum is all about, Friendship,
camaraderie and sharing and making dust. Better yet
post some pictures of your work, we like pictures.
Best regards |

| Dave - You are a really a fortunate person to have no problems in life other than to count how many ornaments you sent and how many you received. I, for one, and I would think many others in the forum would trade places with you.
If you think ornaments are a problem, visit someone in a hospital, talk to a kid who just lost a parent, talk to a husband who lost a wife, talk to a parent who lost a child. I hope as you go forward in your life you face no greater disappoints than not getting all the ornaments you think you should. As others have said "let it go", move on, enjoy life. Just trying to be positive.

| I don't like the tone of this thread one little bit!! We are friends here!
I too did not receive all of the ornaments that I should have, but you know what? I loved each and every ornament that I received. I learned from each of you who mailed ornaments to me. I had fun. I looked forward to the mail every day. And I would do it again. Oh did I mention I HAD FUN!!!!!!!!!
I WOULD DO IT AGAIN!!!!!! Hey Marsha when can we sign up for next year?
