Question Small Sanding Sleeves

I have two sizes of some very small sanding sleeves I purchased some time ago. The smaller sleeve itself is appx. ¼” in diameter at the bottom. The shaft that it fits on is 2 ¼” long. The upper ¾” part is smaller in diameter that the 1 ½” bottom part. The bottom part has threads on the first ¼”. The sleeves slide over the narrower top part and then are turned onto the threads. I don’t have any info on them and can’t remember where I purchased them. Can anyone help? I need some more sanding sleeves in both sizes. Thanks
