carving horse/table

I am looking to buy or build a carving horse/ table.
The Stretton fold away carving horse is no longer available from treelineusa.com. I seem to recall seeing some plans for building a carving horse in a magazine a year or 2 back. Does anyone out there remember what magazine that may be. Or does anyone know where i can purchase a Stretton fold away carving horse or something comparable. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks, rob
