Thank you for the kind words folks, I'm glad you like them. They are a passion to me. They are kind of pretty aren't they! I never get bored with them. Paul...I've built approximately 21 full-hulled models and another 30 or so half models, and a few waterline models, set into a "carved sea". Been building for 34 years and counting. OldBearx2...some models have taken as few as 200 hours and some as many as ....well, the Shannon has 3 and a half years in it so far, as for hours, I couldn't even hazard a guess. An average .....perhaps a schooner like the Bluenose II,.....about 400 hours, but a warship like the Seaflower....she took a full year. Bob |

Like I said earlier I admire you patience I like your work I would be climbing the wall if i attempted something like that
