If you have a subscription to ChipChats, it has instructors schedules and class locations in the back.

If not you should subscribe; it is the best deal in woodcarving.
http://www.chipchats.org/
The Mar/Apr issue will have tons of information for carvers.

What I don't understand, is how they can get that much content for that little price. Best deal going.

Cutagain,
You might contact Al Ritter who is a member of the Pennsylvania Delaware Valley WOod Carvers Assoc at phone 215) 757-2152
or Robert Hess who is a member of the Lancaster County Woodcarving at rdhess@hfdc.net
or the Sawmill Center at phone 814) 744-9670 or email at sawmill@pennswoods.net
Perhaps one of them can give you a contact in the Philadelphia area.
