Default Steve Malvolta

The Spring 2005 issue has some interesting puzzles by Steve Malavolta. Other that that issue, does anyone know of any books of his or other similar artists? I'm interested in trying this puzzle type and am looking for more help. That issue is apparently sold out.

Finewoodworking has some of his puzzles, but I am not sure of the issue, If I remember I will see what I can come up with.

Didn't know his name but I remember that his puzzles are out of this world. Layer after layer of pieces. He is something else.
