material -oak 4mm

That is very well done. Looks great.
Only thing I would not call it a pattern by Jeff Zaffino.
The pattern is from an other designer.

Nice job. I did that one once. It's a hard pattern. Lots of time involved.

This pattern was published in magazine Creative Woodworks & Crafts.
Issue from January 2006, where can be find also article from Jeff Zaffino.

Creative Woodworks & Crafts. Was misled who made that pattern.
Jeff Zafinno was suit by the orginal designer. It is a very nice pattern and if I knew the designer I would like to give credit to him.

WOW that is one super cutting. Looks like that had to keep you up at night figuring out how to do the cuts and make sure nothing fell off. Thank you for sharing this beautiful work with us.
