Did this Name in 3/4'' with a 1/8'' backer. it made it real strong and
will last longer, they are not a fragile this way.
also could use 1/2'' if you would want it thiner.

Hey, James49, looks real nice. Is it for a desk or the wall? What kind of wood did you use? I've done a few names, but, in script & 3/4 in. Oak. It's fun to do something different like names & puzzles too. Good Job. -- Perk
