Default portraits

I am wanting to make a portrait of my granddaughter and am not sure how to start out, making the pattern.... If anyone can help I would greatly appriciate it.

Hi Shellie. The photos you posted are very small. Photos can be posted up to 780x780 dpi. If you can post closer to those dimensions it will be much easier to design a pattern for you.
