This is my attempt at Johns box.I have never used a router before and the wife wasn't too happy that I used it in the kitchen.Amazing how far the shaving fly from that thing! I wish I had stained the corner molding the same as the top, but to late now. A BIG to John for sharing the patterns on this one.Jerry

I'm proud of you son ![]() Jerry, You've done good. Nothing wrong with the cutting and the bevel cuts will improve. by the time you get through making 20 of them for Christmas presents, you'll be an expert mate. You are a braver man than I am, even attempting to use a router inside house would have seen my instant demise LOL

Very nice work Jerry and John, thanks for a beautiful idea. A router inside the house??????? Are you nuts! John is right but demise is nice compared to what my wife would do to me. The only tool that makes more dust is my surface planer and it doesn't throw chips as far. george

![]() LOL, you are a brave man, indeed, Jerry! My wife doesn't even let me wash my hands in the kitchen sink (have to use the bathroom)! The tissue box looks excellent, Jerry. Now you can blow your nose with honor and pride! ![]() Great cutting job! (you can tell that Aussie bloke that his pattern looks really nice, too) | |
