Default Scroll Saw patterns Using PSP9

Hi,
I have Paint Shop Pro 9 and would love to take a class on how to make patterns from snapshots. Anyone know of any good classes?

Travis at Scrollsaw Village has started video/text lessons. He is up to lesson 6 (L6), but you can follow at your own pace starting with lesson 1 (L1) To watch the video just click the arrow at bottom left of picture.
He is using Gimp, but you may be able to adapt some of the info for your software, or just download the free Gimp software.
