Default make music in your heart to the Lord

Just finished this project from one of my patterns. It cuts and looks much better than the original pattern and the name is so much easier to change. I still have to mount it on a base and spray it with a clear finish. I've beveled the bottom so that, when mounted, it will look like sheet music. There's about 4 to 5 hours of cutting involved.
Please let me know what you think, and thanks for looking.

Bubba

That came out really nice. That is such a great verse, and in my case it the best way for make music, the only way I can carry a tune is in a bucket. Thanks for sharing it with us your project are always up lifting to me and they help me to remember that he is always in control.

Bubba,
that turned out very nice....If you are looking for critiques...the "g" in sing is a little difficult for me to make out...I couldn't understand why it would say "sins and make music" But other than that very nice job.

I think it looks great.
I would have made the shape of the piece like an instrument, maybe one of those harps King David is always portrayed as playing - but overall I really like it.

How did you get the top curves so smooth?

I like it a lot and if you are taking pattern requests, I would like one with the name Greg on it. Thanks.

Bubba:
First of all let me say what a great job of design and cutting you did here!!
Now for the begging [O] May I ask a big favor of you to make me this pattern only with the words in Spanish {Cante y haga la musica en sucorzo'n para el Lord} With the name Guadalupe I know I am asking a lot but this lady is very religious and would sure love to have it and she sings in her church choir for listening to the begging and again you did a great job

Default Great

That is a great pattern. I would echo maybe the changing of the "g" in sing, but otherwise it is great. Is it a pattern you had posted somewhere so I could have a go at it? Thanks for the other patterns you have done.

Hi Mike, and thanks for the critique. You're right about the 'g' in "sing" but that is the font Iused; one of Sylvia's. Actually I think it is more my lack of being a better cutter. The actual "g' looks much better and could be made to look better by someone with a better hand. I'll try to alter it a bit, though, to make it more recognizable.
Thanks so much!

Bubba

Default lots of replies here...

Thanks for all of the wondeful comments and replies. Now let me see if I can answer them...LOl.
I have already answered about the 'g' needing some change. I'll work on that.

Big Red S; I like the idea of the shapeof an ancient harp or lyre. I'll keep that in mind for a future pattern. As for the top curves being so smooth (?) I guess I have Jim Dandy to thank for that (my Excalibur 19 inch).

Mike Crosa and Burdez...email me with your request at nianjess@hotmail.com so we can establish contact. I'll be happy to work on your request but Burdez...yours may take a while LOL

Graceman, the pattern is in the pattern vault under "religious." If you have any trouble with the name, email me at the above email address.

I hope I haven't missed anyone. Thanks again for the honesty and the comments.

Bubba
