Club is setting up a display at one of the local libraries and needed a smaller sign. Gary and I volunteered to make one. The saw and lettering are from Steve Good. The scroll I found somewhere. Saw was too big for our Dewalts without spiral blades and neither of us was willing to screw this up playing with the spirals yet Pat

| Let's see, the main body is .250 BB ply, handles are aromatic cedar as is "Georgia, wenge for the "Southeast" and the bit of decorative scroll, walnut for "Guild" and Cherry for "Woodworkers" I really think if we'd have separated the lettering it would have look better but trying to get the letters on straight might have kicked our behinds. Thanks for all the nice comments, I'll pass them along to Gary if he doesn't read this thread. Pat

Nice job Pat!! I know what you mean about the spirals. I just got a gross of new FD spirals in the mail today so it looks like I'll be making some firewood for a few days. I'm going to figure out these blades once and for all.
