Finished wedding rings - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

Leaving for the wedding in two hours. Finished the present and it is wrapped. Made it so they can hang it on the wall. Cut the rings out of maple planed down to 3/8". I dipped this in tung oil to make it a little darker than the background which is dipped in danish oil natural.
It makes the rings stand out and you can see the 3d cutting really nice. I am please with the way it came out.

These days it's so hard to give wedding presents that they don't already have and will use. these wedding rings are just the ticket. They are sure to be put on the wall and seen every day, what more could you want in a gift.
Daine this one looks real nice, the contrast works well.

That certainly is a beautiful piece. Great job! I actually have a girlfriend who is getting married next fall and this would be a perfect gift. I know you mentioned the designer but could you tell me where I could buy this pattern...Thanks so much and once again it is beautiful.
