Default A couple of New Ones

The Dallas picnic kind of re-motivated me. Here's a couple of quickies. The flock o kitties is cut from a basswood round and the horse is cut from zebrawood. The kitties are one of my patterns and the horse was adapted from a pattern in CWWC.

I love the cats! Add one more and it would look like my family!!! (except 1/2 of them would be smacking the other ones trying to run out of the pic).

That's a nice cut.

John

Nice work Kevin. Not a cat fan myself, but definitely appreciate the cutting. What method did you use for attaching the zebra er horse to the base?

I cut a square in the base and a square on the bottom of the hoof and glued it up.

Nice cuttings you've done there. I like them both, but I'm partial to the kittens. They seem to be anticipating some mischief. LOL
