Default Air Force clock

I made this for my niece Stephanie who's made the Air Force her career. The little Celtic not is for her heritage, (She's Irish). She's been deployed 6 times since the Gulf war. Thankfully she's posted in Germany now, (not so violent).
It's about 12" in diameter, and made from aspen, butternut, mahogany, polar and walnut.

I'm not sure how to make this bigger, but you can see it bigger in my gallery.

Your inlays are awesome! Beautiful clock you've made.

Thumbs up

Jim-

Now, that's one beautiful clock. I was in the USAF and I'm Celtic (me mum was Irish and me da's Scot). I really like the inlays. Is it flat because it looks curved with the light on it.

I'll give you a 9.50 on that one Jim, had there been an Army emblem on there it surely would have been perfect.

Seriously though, nice piece of work there, I know your neice will hang it up proudly.

Thanks guys. She kept it on her wall at home until she finally got an office of her own in Germany. Now she gets to show it off.
Bill, no it's not curved, it's flat. Must be a trick of the light.
