| Download time is a function of download size and download. I really have no idea without knowing your internet connection type and the size of the file.

| Probably a few minutes. It only took me 10 minutes or less to d/l the entire program. Now all I need to do is use it! LOL

| I guess you are not on dial-up Betty. Wanted to try the demo and it was too long for me.

| On dial-up, it will take probably several hours at best. On a high speed connection, Betty's figure is likely reasonably near correct.

Is it Coyote Stencil Shop 2.01 that you are referring to ?
I just now tried downloading it for the first time and timed the download .
I know my high speed connection up here in the Rocky Mountains is not as fast as some are in the cities but it only took me two minutes and nine seconds to download it.
Now the fun of figuring out how to use it . . . . . .

| File is 24 mb and I just tried it to check the approximate time it would take. I cancelled it because it says 6h 54 min. AND, that is if nothing goes wrong. I've tried before with long downloads and they jam after a certain amount of time. Wish high speed was available here.

| Long Downloads Diane, if you are using windows there are a couple of free programs to help with downloads. They are download managers that resume the download when it gets interrupted. The first is Opera, it is available for both Windows and Linux operating systems. I am very impressed with this program. The second is LeechGet, which is a windows compatible download manager.
Give them a try and your downloading of programs will be much more pleasant.

| coyote is a very good program. I have used it several times to make patterns. The preview option is very nice.

| too long I see what everybody means. I have dail up and it was going to be way too long. If enough people like it I may bite the bullet and buy it. Thanks for the advice.
Thanks wnc1 |
