Default Vault Suggestions?

Hi All,
Now that I've started on the vault, I'm rethinking what I was initially doing, hehehe. The way it's currently done (see the Animals sticky at the top of the board) is with a thread with the main catgorey and replies with the subcategories. Looking at it I'm thinking that perhaps a separate thread for each sub-category instead.
What do you think?

I tend to agree with you, Kevin. One will have to scroll through lots of replies to get to the area of "animals" they wish to see. Having each category as it's own thread is probably a better way to go about it.

I agree, Kevin. Let's make each category it's own tread. That also makes it easier to use the search function.

Otay, change made, each category is now its own thread. Once I'm done, the last sticky will be a post with links to all of the different categories to hopefully make it a little easier on folks who want to browse.

A separate thread for each sub-category.

After playing with the manage attachment paper clip. I think this will work out nice. That additions and deletions can be made.

I also like the fact when you run the mouse over the thumbnail You have included the pattern makers name.

I also like the fact that you broke them into groups, so they are not all on one message. Dial-up people could set the option to show 5 posts per thread.
Might want to set a limit on how many thumbnails per message.

Anyway.. This is a THANK YOU KEVIN

Kevin,

I don't know about separate threads, although as more patterns get added it will make life easier. But I wanted to thank you for taking the time to transfer these patterns over here. And I simply LOVE the thumbnails - great addition.
