Well, I finally figured out how to upload a picture to Picturetrail. I placed my very first carving in Album 3 (Caricatures & Other Fun Carvings). It is a bottle stopper called 'Bob'. Please check it out. Yes, I do know I made many mistakes in carving it and finishing it, but I have to admit I am kind of proud of it. Well, one down and who knows how many more to go. Let's see I am 35 yrs. old now and ......... :P Beeguy

Hey beeguy;well done. You say this is your first ever carving??Hard to believe.Point of fact though'there is no such thing as a mistake in carving,it is called artistic licence. You meant for it to look exactly as it does.I hope to see many more of your carvings.Again very well done. Mark |

Hey, Beeguy, if your youngster says it's 'Bob', then Bob it is! Looks like you've got a pretty good start on this carving business. Nice job! Al |

Beeguy, Can't believe that is you first carving pretty darn good. Dont tell anyone about your mistakes as Mark says its artistic licence not one will ever know it wasent meant to be that way. I like you have my first carving and although I have advanced a whole lot since then I am still pretty proud of that first carving. ![]() Colin |

Beeguy, I agree with everyone else, Bob is excellent and you should be very proud of him. If your first is that good you are just going to get better and better! Congratulations! Callynne

I would like to see your 'first' carving, but I don't see a picture trail address?
