Hi George - you've been really busy and there's some great cutting there. I'm also very attracted to the acrylic ornaments and I think its time I had a go at this sort of work plus I guess it will stop me scratching my head wondering where to find decent wood !

Just a question please. When you stack cut the acrylics how many pieces do you place in the stack?

Jim, I cut 4 because that is how many different colors I wanted to use. I have more six more colors and will cut some more ornaments stacking some of them. The neat thing about the acrylic, which I got from Sloan's, is that each sheet comes with a paper coating on both sides. I tape all the sheets together with blue painters tape and just glue the pattern to the top sheet. When you are done, the paper peels off very easily.
