Red face 2 crosses from SSWC issue 37

Here are my attempts at the cross from the new magazine. I made them Overlay. I stained the Baltic Birch Red Chestnut!

Started on that one this weekend. I'm using 1/4" poplar and doing the four layer one. Planning on staing the backs with some dark walnut, and leaving the fronts natural.

Yeah I have 2 left over from the Overlays and plan on making suncatchers out of them.....

Sounds like a good color contrast!! Be careful when cutting out the overlays so you can use the completely cut out ones for something else.
