Talking Horse-drawn Wagon

This is the Horse-drawn Wagon that is in the Holiday 2009 Issue.

It did take awhile to make. I used pine for horse, wagon, and base but used BBP for the seat, foot rest, and red trim around the wagon. I use a 1" dowel (rounded off) for the hubs.

I finished in Golden Oak stain with spray Triple Thick.

You will notice that horses' front leg is lifted on the right side of mine and the opposite in the mag. I seams that I rounded off the wrong side of the lifted leg side, but it didn't matter because they are interchangeable. I guess mine will be one of a kind.

Tanks for lookin'

-Bill

Very nice and as long as the horse gets off on any foot it's the right foot...
