Default Grand-baby Portrait Finished!

Stacked cut three from 1/4" Aspen Ply. Finished this one with clear poly and the frame is made from Oak. This one was an Anniversary gift for my in-laws, gave it to them last night and they really liked it, so I guess it passed inspection. Just wanted to post it for you guys to see. Thanks for all that helped me with the pattern information and your suggestions on the bear. This is only my second cutting from my own pattern and I will be doing more, really enjoyed this one. It took about 5 hours cutting and I did it at one sitting with a short break for dinner. My back was up against the wall on finishing this one because of the time. Nothing like waiting until the last minute.
Wanting to do something different on the frame of the one that I'm making for myself, on the lookout for inspiration.

That baby is adorable! Great job on the pattern and cutting, I especially like the matting, it seems to go well with that particular portrait.

Thanks for sharing! You have done an awesome job! What a nice gift that will be treasured forever. As a grandma myself I would really like to try this. Any helpful hints to get me started?
