Default Made in Idaho

Box was made with band saw and the drawers were cut with the scroll saw.

Scrap Siberian elm left when trees were trimmed for the Diamond Cup hydro races.

Love the wood choice. Nicely done.

Excellent work. Thanks for sharing this with us. I like the idea of making it the shape of the state.

Very well done Terry. Also like the looks of the other projects on your bench.

Great idea for a box.

I remember watching the Diamond Cup races on Coeur d'Alene lake many years ago.

The measurements are 4.75w x 6.5h x 2 deep.
I sliced a 1/4" off the back to make it more scroll saw friendly.
still getting the entry holes was a chore. Had to find the smallest drill that would reach all the way for the entry hole.

Thanks for all the comments.

Can we get all 50 states represented?

A 2014 challenge?

Any thoughts?
