Default Kitchen Spoons

Hello all,

I'm working on bringing some design ideas to reality and thought some may be able to lend a hand. I plan to make some kitchen spoons detailed with simple fretwork.

I'm trying to find something that I can put into a drill press that will sand out a domed recess for a spoon. I found an accessory for the Guinevere sanding system but I'm not quite ready to get that yet. I haven't been able to find anything in my searching. Any ideas? Thanks!

I never found anything to put in a drill press to help make the bowl shape in the spoon, but I did finally get some good advice and bought some accessories for my high speed carver...kinda like a high speed dremel capable of sustaining a high rate of speed and power. I use a flex attachment and some various carving burrs, in particular a round burr for hollowing out the bowl for a spoon. It works great. Also, the carving accessories are very good for doing decorative work on the handles of wooden spoons. Much more versatile that an attachment for your drill press.
Here are some spoons I've made just to give you an idea...
