Default Help me decide which wood to use for violin box

I'm getting ready for the fair!! Have several items in various stages of preparation as usual. One of the things I want to make is the the violin box from the Fall 2011 issue of SSWC. I've made it before but I want this one to be better than the first one!!

I have 3 different pieces of wood that are thick enough (1 7/8) but I can't decide which one. I've shown 2 different views.

Top to bottom, cherry, walnut, butternut

I'm not totally sure that it's cherry or walnut. Actually I don't even know where the big piece of what I think is cherry came from!! The other was given to me and I was told at the time it was cherry, but I sanded it and there is no way it's cherry. I think it's either walnut or peruvian walnut.

So what do you think would make the best looking violin???
