Default Finished last of the Christmas orders

This was my last order before Christmas

These gravity wine bottle holders were cut from cedar. The pattern is from the Summer 2008 edition of the SSW&C mag. They have been finished in low gloss tung oil.

Larry the design is fretwork, the top and bottom board are 1/4 cedar and the middle is 4/4 cedar.

Nice job, DW. I made a few of those when the article first came out--lots of work and thin wood. The other design in that article is nice, too, and a little easier to cut out.

On my first one, I cut the 40˚ angle at the end the wrong way, and cut right through the design. So, I just glued it up and kept it--can hardly see it, but boy was I mad!
