If you have access to the internet you have access to quality blades. Mikes workshop ships to Canada as do Sloans I think. Do a Google search for Scroll saw blade retailers.

I vote for Mike's FD blades, they are the best in my book.

The Flying Dutchman blades are used by a lot of folks here including me.
His website is Mike's Workshop selling Flying Dutchman brand fret and scrollsaw blades.
Also if you are just starting there is a wealth of info there. Good Luck

G'day Rick, Nothing more I say that hasn't been said.
Mike has great blades, even better at a great price, but the best is his service.
Diana is a real nice lady and has heaps of great patterns on her site.

Welcome to the mob mate.

Another vote for Mike. Great blades and incredibly fast shipping! Welcome to the forum.
