Default Some new boxes

Just got finished with these for my grandsons. The motif and font

were from Sylvia. The antique brass latch on Allen's box is upside

down. I let them pick out the hardware. I told Allen that his latch had to be

installed that way and he was ok with it. I thought it would be a good place

to put some of their special things.

Very nice, Al!

Simple and elegant and they let the wood stand out. I like the curve of the top.
Your grandsons are lucky boys.

Thanks for sharing.

Stoney, your boxes are beautiful. I love the shape you gave the lid and how you added strength to the miter joints. Nice touch using a contrasting wood. The boys will have a keepsake for many years to come. Thank you for sharing with us.

Those are beautiful! Nice simple and elegant looking...not girly which would not do for boys! Where are the designs from? I really like the look of them.

That is so much nicer than the cigar box I had as a kid. You have done a great job and the shape and miter slices make it a real treasure.
