Default Delta 24" scroll saw

How does this old timer rate in the world of scroll saws? It was acquired from a school shop and needed just a few parts to get it up and running. Seems to be real smooth running, but needs some minor help with the lower blade clamp. Comments?

No picture but I assume....not a good thing to do..... that it is an old Delta with a fixed arm and a spring loaded upper blade clamp.

This is something like a JET saw.
They never die. The upper blade clamps are a bit finicky for fretwork, but Gary Browning uses his JET for his work with no problems.
