| I bought a used ProTech Model 8916 scroll saw this weekend, and it's missing a part from the end of the top arm ... the part that would hold the blade. Despite over an hour of Googling and Binging, I can't find anything that seems able to help me find out the part number, nor even a supplier that would be able to help. The fact that the saw was manufactured in Taiwan in 1990 might have something to do with my difficulties, but I hope the pros here may be able to point me in the right direction. Or did I waste the small amount I paid, and should go out and spend substantially more for a newer (complete) saw? ![]() |
