Default "bad vibration"

I have an rbi hawk 226 scroll saw that due to a long story recently came back into my possession. After cleaning it up and oiling it I fired it up.It runs, cuts good but has so much vibration that it won't stay put long enough to do anything. I don't remember it having any vibration problems like that before. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks!

Mailadymona; Do you have it sitting on a solid floor(cement or wood) or are the legs adjustments right with the floor. check that first. Don

I had that same thing happen. The controller needs to be replaced.
You will have to contact RBI for a replacement part.
It is that control box where the variable speed switch is.
