The title pretty well says all I wanted to ask. Wood-n-things says someone on the forum has or is a source for these. Also, has anyone out there ever used an ancient Sears scroll saw that uses the short blades? I would bet mid 1950s or so. Jock Ellis |

My brother & I had an old Sears jig saw, of cast iron, and a good one too. We cut band saw blades to fit it & worked fine. Just not as good as my " OLE YELLER" . PERK |

With no owner's manual for this thing (I don't believe movable type had been invented then) I ended up taking the thing apart to see how it worked. I didn't even have any left over parts when I put it back together. I surmise that scrolling has come a long way since this thing was made. Do they have CNC scroll saws yet? Jock Ellis |
