Default blade adapters

I dug my old ryobi SC162VS out from under the work bench to have a go at this.

I remember now why I hid it under there years ago.

The only blades I can use are pin and they are a major pain to change and the blade holders are held in with roll pins.

Does anyone make adapters for this saw or should I put it back under the bench and forget about it?
