Don't forget we need pictures here, so don't be shy when you complete the project, or if you want do a WIP. Good luck.

Tony,

Welcome to the forum and like everyone said, outside the box is where you learn. I was totally new to scrolling and issue came out with the Ribbons and Bows project. I was telling myself I couldn't do it. I was encouraged by the kind people on this site and so I tried. You know, it came out rather nice and gave me a huge boost to try more complicated things.

Good luck, YOU CAN DO IT!!! (But you MUST post pictures...LOL)

Tony, glad you are liking it so far. Intarsia is very fun to make and gives you room for a lot of creativity in wood selection (grain & colors) and of course in the shaping of your piece. You will get addicted to it, like a bunch of us did after our first project!
Good luck with the eagle!

Hi Tony - working outside the box is the place to be - just have a beer occasionally to calm the nerves!

Good luck with your project and look forward to seeing the end result.

have fun!
