|  Well I be go to hell-- I had one of those lower blade guards on my saw too! Notice I said HAD? Never noticed it nor did it ever cause me a troubles but sure looks like a silly place to put a guard. Probably has something to do with liability, kind of like that sticker on the wfe's new iron that states "Warning: remove clothing before attempting to iron". |
