The QuickSet II clamps can be retro-fitted to many models not listed. I am sure the SS350 is one of the models. On even older models, the only problem was the clearance for the blade clamping leaver under the table made the lower chuck replacement not worth the effort.
Beware, it takes a bit of mechanical know how, and tools, to change the blade clamp assembly. Without using a hammer you are going to press out a pin, make the change and re-insert the pin. Only you can judge if you have the tools and mechanical background.
Look around your top blade chuck, you may have the type of delta saw that has a blade chuck tension pivot arm assembly. There could be a small rubber disk (about the size of a dime in diameter) that the upper pivot arm assembly uses as vibration damper and cushion . Since you are going to be there anyway, good time to replace that too. Cost is cheap anyway, grommet cost about $1.00 USD + shipping.
Go to the following site and setup your WEB account:

then you can look for drawings and parts-list for your and many other older delta machines. You can also order parts directly from Porter Cable.
