another bandsaw blade site, www.tufftooth.com, or call 1800-461-3895. I would think most welding shops could weld your blades for you. Also if you look in your yellow pages, there are people that offer the service of sharpening and welding saw blades. Busy Bee Tools in Canada, offer blades also.

I buy wolf brand blades by http://suffolkmachinery.com *they are great blades, will make any size and the price if very reasonable. My saw cut smoother and quieter as soon as I took the factory blade off and put on the wolf blade..imho

I think you have to silver solder them together as a weld might get the metal too hot and take the temper out of them. You can buy kits to do the weld but I am not sure what company. I use an 1/8' blade and just throw it away after it breaks. I hate that because sometimes it is early in the blades life.

Suffolk Machinery located in N.Y. state makes the best band saw blades there are PERIOD!!! under the Timber Wolf name, guaranteed not to break at the weld....they will send you a book with your order that tells you how to adjust your saw to the correct tension.....check them out.

Our friends at WARREN CUTLERY will make any blade you need.
Just made a 4 tooth blade for me that cuts extremely smooth!
