Default Holiday Intarsia

Your holiday intarsia patterns are on my to do list for this Christmas. I was wondering, how thick does the wood need to be for the snowman, Poinsettia, tree and star? I would like to stack cut them since I need to make quite a few. For the tree and star, do you glue the different sections together?

Thanks,

Andrea

Andrea, I am not sure whose projects you are referring to, but I will try helping the best I can. Tree and star... I think your talking about the one on page 36?If so, it is 1/4th inch thick plywood, Baltic birch or finnish birch ply being the best choice. And, you could stack saw these, as much as you/your tooling can handle. With its tab and slot construction, you do not need to glue it together,so storing it after the holidays will be very convenient.
After typing that, it occured to me that I must be referring to a different set of projects in a different issue entirely, so, I best just wait until someone with more sense than I have comes along to help.
