Just finished another "Crawdad" carving....a christmas present for my sister-in-law. I'll try to put the pics on this post and see if it works...if not, I'll put 'em on picturetrail

I love 'em, too, Nancy! Especially just out of a pot of boiling spices and dipped in melted butter.....mmmmmmmmmm!

I'm with you Al!! Everytime you post a picture of one those crawfish I get hungry. Great job!! Looks like it might flip its tail and scoot away just any minute.

Now I know where the seafood from supper went to.......thought that chowder was missing something.

Being of Cajun lineage, I have sure eaten a lot of the mudbugs; but, never thought of carving one. Good job on the Crayfish.
