Default Horned Toad Pattern

Does anyone know where I can get a decent pattern for a horned toad? I'm half way through carving a horned toad and am having a little difficulty envisioning the rest of it. I've seen thousands in my lifetime, but they are quick little devils and hard to get a look at up close. So, I can't remember many of the details.

Every time I carve on it, it gets better, but I am running our of wood....

Your best bet is to catch one and train him to pose!! the problem is, they demand union scale!! :

I ran a search and came up with half a dozen sites with great reference photos from several universities and museums. *run 'horned lizard pattern' *or 'horned toad pattern'. *that should give you a good response.

Woodenleg,
I took a short class on the horned toad at the Texas Roundup a few years ago. If you will give me your snail mail address, I'll send the pattern to you. Sorry--I don't scan and send stuff online yet--not that well versed in technology.
