I have to tell you David, I envy you...to be that talented and to have carving down that well at your age....you heard it here first...in not many years down the road, unless you allow yourself to get sidetracked like many of us have....you will be a 'Master' woodcarver and will be internationally known! The hummingbird is really great! Dave
i agree with hi ho .you do an excellent job on your bird carvings and the presentation is excellent. if you keep it up we'll have to send you to a professional message board
David I know you have heard it a thousand time's and we dont want your head to swell too big or you might just leave us and we wont see you talents anymore but you sir are one heck of an artist I just love your work it is truly outstanding. Thank you for sharing it with us you seem to finish your carvings really fast what is your secret or is it just that?
Colin
I'm not sure if I have a secret about getting them done fast . I guess when I
start something I'm just anxious to see it finished, so I work on it every chance
I get.
David

Excellent David. I wish I could do as half a good as you do. You have a bright future in woodcarving. Don't ever give it up. Talent should not be ignored. Really like the hummer. Have you ever been 'nose to beak' with one of the little birds? They make quite a noise with their little wings. I have had several of them touch my nose with their little beaks. They are curious little birds for sure. I put a hummer feeder out for them. They get upset when it's empty. I can tell they're upset as they do the 'nose to beak' with me. They sure do drink a lot of sugar water. Jim
